Personal Post//Easter Holidays

Hi guys.

I'm writing this while being horrible sick. I just returned to my home after seeing my friends all over my country. I've had the best days this Easter, that's for sure.

I haven't gotten any photos from my travel to Aarhus, which is pretty sad considering it's pretty far away from my home-desitination.

I've been occupied this whole holiday so far, but in a lovely way, and seeing my beloved friends makes me happy and relaxed. Now that I am home, it's just my luck to be sick!

Spending time with no less than 4 boys and only one other girl I was sure I wouldn't look too good afterwards with their teeenage-eating habits. Seems I was rigtht! I have gotten pimples, gained some weight and I just don't look too well. Detox-time!

Food is important to me, because it resembles how my skin and body looks. I ate pizza for four days straight (That may or may not have made me sick. God knows what it's in those fastfood-pizzas), and also energy-drinks, soda, lots and lots of candy and I've had Starbucks like I'm crazy.

I just want to show you guys what food I had when I finally came home. Food is love ♥

Sunny summerbreakfast: Lowfat-youghurt with strawberries, banana, melon and grapes + water

Weekend-lunch: I like to treat myself in the weekends, so I allowed myself to have a cappuchino (Yay, coffee!) along with a piece of wholemeal-bread low-fat liver paté with fresh cucumbers and a hardboiled egg!

Dinner: I had a plate of spinach-pasta with some sort of 'healthy' cheese-sauce my mom cooked, shrimps, nuts and parsley + water.

It's so much more yummy than a disgusting pizza. I don't even want to think about the amount of calories and complete lack of vitamins I had those days. The healthiest thing I had was like half a vegetable.

That's all for today. As soon as I am feeling better I'll be sure to continue on the doll-makeups. I also have a haul coming up!

BJD Doll Makeup ~ Doll inspiration

Hi guys!

I've been going through pages of Tumblr searching for these cute things called Ball Jointed Dolls, short BJD. Basically a type of supercute yet almost frightening collection dolls. I'm not sure about the concept, I have no idea about what their point is, but their face and makeup is utterly adorable! (And their hair is gorgeous, and their fashion sence better than mine!)

Click photos to enlarge.

You can get God knows how many different kind of dolls, but I found a few who has makeup that I really like and I wanted to try my best to copy their perfect facial structures and cutsy makeup.

I'm just gonna show you the ones I find that I like the most. I hope to recreate all their looks!
None of doll-photos are mine, credits to their rightful owners!

Really cool and actually rather realistic-looking (compared to the rest). I really like this one doll! She looks ready to kick ass.

She's dreamy and a little scary, but her pinky-black makeup looks really awesome. Almost like a magical creature.

I like how you can see the makeup so clearly. Orange-tinted lips and cheeks, light straight brows and grey shadows on the lid. It's a really cute simple makeup. And her lids are huge in the most beautiful way!

This look looks challenging, and I really want to see if I can make it! It's colourful too!

[enhanced his faceup a little]
I'm really unsure about this look, as it'll take lots of time and lots of makeup. If I have all the necessary items and the time this one will be the funniest!

That's all I have in mind right now, if I find something more interesting I'll add it for sure!

Please stay tuned for upcoming makeup tutorials. You're probably also tired of review by now anyway, haha~

Bye bye ♥

[Review] Holika Holika Aqua Petit Jelly BB-Cream

Hi guys!

I'm here with a review on another Holika Holika product. I love Holika Holika for their really cute products and design, and as I was running out of my beloved Etude House Sun Mineral BB-Cream I thought "why not purchase this one bbcream I've wanted for so long?"

So I did, and it arrived more than fine! The Aqua Petit Jelly BB-Cream from Holika Holika. The cutest thing ever!

The packageing has light and adorable colours. I'm a sucker for cute packeing *_*

Backside in english! Always check list of ingridients to make sure you're not allergic. If you ever experience an allergic reaction from skincare or makeup bring the list to your doctor, so he can test you right!

This BB-cream has SPF20 which is good! It promises a jelly-texture for a light feeling.

So here's the BBcream! In the lid there's a spatula, which I love because it makes it more hygienic than dipping your fingers into the BBcream right away. Yay!

Here I am wearing the BB-cream (with flash)

Effectivity & Colour:

✦ ✦   ✧

The colour is too dark for my pale skin! TT^TT I am so sad. And the coverage is very light. Not even medium to light, but light. Pores aren't covered, pimples and dark circles are pretty much as visible as before. This is good for people with perfect skin more interested in the sun-protection and a very light feeling. It does feel light! I can't feel (nor see) it at all.
You can see from the picture despite the harsh flash my cheeks look inflammed. I have very red cheeks naturelly, and wearing foundation or bbcream can usually hide it pretty well, but not this!
One really good thing about it is the smell. It's very perfume-filled, but it smells clean and good. The smell is strong but lovely!

Price:

✦ ✦ ✦

Medium price. Absolutely normal price for a BBcream. It has a big size as well, so I'm satisfied.

Texture:

✦ ✦ ✦ ✦ ✧

The texture is as the named jelly-like! It's so cute and feels light and breathable on the skin all day.

Design/Packeging:

✦ ✦ ✦ ✦ ✦

So in love with it all, from the package to the bottle and the spatula-in-the-lid-design! It looks so pretty in my bathroom. It looks pretty everywhere!

Cons:
(Strong smell for some!). The colour doesn't fit pale skin and the coverage is too light. It's hard to blend with other products like bronzer for contouring or concealer. And it's rather big in a makeup-bag too!

That's all for now thanks for reading my review!
